Stuck Pixel- Warranty Question

Have a stuck pixel with 5 days left on warranty. I plan on calling to see about a replacement, but I have one quick question. I bought this used and there is a dent on the phone. Will the phone still get replaced? Thanks!!!

If its in physically not so good condition....they may not. It depends on the "genius".

Well I don't live near an apple store so it would be mail in. Gonna give it a try. I hope so. I'm also going to purchase Applecare. If they end up sending phone back because of damage, I can cancel apple care within 30 days. Might as well right?

I may be wrong but as far as I know when you mail it in all they care about is that the moisture sensors haven't gone off. I'm sure if there was crazy physical damage all over the phone or if they turned on the phone and it was obvious it was jailbroken they might send it back, but if it's just a minor dent they probably won't give two turds and will just send you a replacement.
