Iphone 3G and tzones

Hello, I have an Iphone 3G 16gb with turbo sim and
modem 2.30.03 and version 2.2.1 with T-mobile.

I have Tzones as my plan. Now how do I go about using
the internet? When I click on Safari, it says cannot connect to
internet.

Are there any recommendations, suggestions, advice???

go to settings, thengeneral, then network, then cellular network, then click on apn, then enter epc.tmobile.net... leave the other 2 boxes empty. also put data roaming on.

i have not install yellowsn0w on my phone...does that
effect my using epc.tmobile.net and 3G capability in other countries??? please help.

you mentioned your iphone was on 2.2.1 baseband 2.30 so yellowsn0w wont do any good. just use the previous settings & your edge(tzones) should be working.

It's epc.tmobile.com, not .net.

Also make sure 3G is off.

Well what you can do is go in settings, network, cellular data network.

Now in apn type in wap.voicestream.com leave everything else blank.
