go to: Support - Business Care and follow the instructions in the video. (not all universities/corporations may qualify)

if you do end up receiving the discount, you may not see it immediately. you'll need to wait 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear. Your bill cycle date will also change.

All you government employee peeps, give T-mobile a call, if your department/agency is on their list, you get a 15% discount. Also your billing cycle will change as mentioned above, but not a big deal.
