Hi,

I have tmobile and whne someone sends me an MMS I get no notfication and I can't use swirly because i dont have the Data plan is there anyway i can recieve MMS on my iphone.

Nope. Swirly is the only way.

You don't need a data plan for MMS. It's counted as a text.

I know you don't but in order to send it through swirly you need edge setting... I was reading that some people get a sms notification that they recieved MMS but I don't even get that

I do believe you need internet to get mms. I have swirly mms and a sidekick plan and it works nicely

You do not need internet for MMS to work. I do not have a data plan, never have, and I can receive MMS even when not using wifi. Swirly can use Edge to fetch messages. Everyone has Edge by default with Tmobile. I've never had to activate an 'Edge Plan' to get data.

If you have swirly make sure you have the proper settings for your carrier. It should work with no problem, if you have the green M on the right top hand side of your phone. You dont need internet for this to work.

No you wont, you just need to have messaging with your plan

You don't need data. All you need is text messaging. A picture message is counted as text.
