    Default How to get T-Zones (TMobile Web) $5.99 Added!! Works.
    Tzones does work. It has been done on 3 Phones in a row. No problems.

    Tzones can only be added if you are on a contract. NOT Flexpay.

    This will work as long as you log in to your tmobile account online.
    Go to "Support", Then "contact us", Then "email"..
    It will then pop up with a Box.
    For Topic, Choose "Rate Plans"
    For subtopic, Choose " General Rate Plan Inquiries"

    For the question Box Enter:

    Hello. I called Tmobile Customer care, and the Lady informed me that she would be able to add Tzones onto my account. The plan was "TZUNL599". As i look into my account, It shows that she added a different feature. If you could add the Tzone feature, as she didnt. Then id Appreciate it. Thanks

    It worked!! i had canceled this service a week ago and when i tried getting it back, they told me that their web services had changed and it wasn't available but apparently it is cause this worked!!! thanks man!!

    You have to tell them that another representative told you it could be added. And she gave you the promo code. Say exactly what i said. It does work! and you have to talk to the rep. differently then you did.

    Norisza R: Farzana, even if I add it on all the lines, it still wont work because all of the lines are in a Family Times rate plan. All the lines have the same rate plan. And your rate plan is not suited to have a tzones feature.

    didnt work ^^^^

    I got it added! After the chat i called in and told them that the person from the chat couldnt add it on but she gave me a promo code. I gave him the promo code and he added it!!!! I love you man!!

    Make that 6 my friend .I just added it for my sister .I kinda messed up and didnt say i wanted $5.99 t-zones so she added T-zones pro $9.99.Not a big deal ill hit them again to change it to $5.99 one if they can .

    ******* I TOLD THEM I CALLED LAST MONTH TO ADD IT AND LADY I SPOKE TO SAID SHE ADDED IT , BUT SHE NEVER DID.

    would this work if you are a new customer or do you have to be a customer for a long time for this to be grandfathered?

    Because one of my phones is on flexpay, and multiple reps confirmed that it won't work unless your on contract.

    Default I finally got t-zones
    Thanks to the tips above guys. That TZUNL599 worked! I got through CHAT because trying to get it over the phone 611 sucks. The first guy wanted my imei number this morning so i told the chat reps i would get back on after work to retrieve my older imei number from an old tmobile phone because i was using an iphone at the time. when i got home, i chatted and told them that my earlier conversation was notated and if we could continue on, the guy went ahead and added t-zones not only to my line but to my gf's line as well under our family plan! all he said was "i could see you wanted to add t-zones this morning, let me take care of that rightnow for you"

    it depend on representative who u talked to. i tried 4 times todays and i got sucess with lady name Mary Shane Arra. just 3 question, she added it for me. while the other guy was dumb man.
