Free Tmobile Internet?

Does anyone know a way to get free internet on the iPhone without wifi? I would pay for it... but my account is shared with my parents and they don't see the need of a data plan.

Tell them that a data plan will help you do better in school. I didn't have a data plan when I first got my phone, and I was still getting data. Try entering an APN in your network settings and see what happens. Note: I did sign up for a plan, but my bill reflected the usage of when I didn't have one, so I'm guessing you'll get charged for it one way or another. At least then you don't have to hack into your parents' account to add services.

Take a minute and think about what you're asking. Mobile service turned on in the system and is authenticated through your SIM card. The only way to get data (or phone service) is to turn it on in the T-Mobile system on the corresponding account with you SIM card #. The only way this is possible is to subscribe to a data plan on your account.

Oh, I know about that. I was just wondering if there was a way to trick t-mobile into adding the service onto your phone for free.

Like, when I used my BB Pearl and asked how to get Instant Messaging on my phone, they would turn data on and let me download the application, but then I could actually go to other websites too, and wasn't charged for it.

Is correct, TM offered a service to berry phone users called something like blackberry connect.
This was FREE data for those that did not go with the blackberry plan.
I placed a pearl 8120 under my account for my daughter and she was given free data.
This turned out to be 100% free internet for the past eight months.
Then just last week i gave her a 3G and it was gone.
That data plan would only work on a berry.
Called TM to add tzones via an old RAZR we had.
She now has the tz data at $5.99

There isn't wifi everywhere!

Haha, just try and buy the t-zones it only 5.99$

You could even pay them.

Or tell them, they buy the data plan, you do chores.

WIN WIN.
