iPhone quagmire-help please

Hey everybody, I just got an iPhone about a month ago and I am not sure what I just should do about a sim card. Here is my situation:

-the iPhone is updated to version 2.2
-I unlocked the phone to work with other carriers
-my sister lent me her tmobile sim card while she goes to argentina. However, it does not have the tzones plan for the edge network

So basically it would be great if I could get some sound advice on what I should do. In the ideal situation, I would get the basic 30 dollars a month plan with tzones for the edge network, and 400 texts. Any thoughts?

Go to tmobile.com they have all of the plans there .Most of them come with tet messages.

I have already looked at the plans, but I'm not sure if they would offer me tzones. Is there anybody who added tzones recently?
