Default Update on recorded Web2go usage on bill

So when I first signed up for web2go in December after I got my iphone unlocked, I was getting data service, but nothing was showing up on my bill. Well now after my first billing cycle with data added, my bill clearly shows me what I used each day, even when I didn't have web2go activated. I figured I was getting free internet since my EDGE still worked even without a plan, but that data still recorded on my bill. All in all, I paid about 10 bucks and with using it as if I was getting it for free (most of the time), I only used close to 40mbs. So if you're not seeing the usage on your bill yet, give it time and be cautious with your usage because you will see it after your first billing cycle. After that, you can go to your online profile and see your usage at anytime. Does anyone know of a way to check that usage on your phone?

A rep told me that if you went over the 100MB threshold, you would not be charged over-fees. Simply the internet would slow down.

So now, those 40MBs, how long did that span? How often were you using safari and/or other internet apps, and how much did you use them?

    Thanks so much.

The 40mbs of service were from the 6th to the end of the cycle(jan 2). Honestly I was using it like it was free, meaning that I wasn't concerned with the data usage. I have wifi at home and work but I used it quite a bit outside of those places. I primarily use my email accounts, but use safari a lot, and also maps. I don't use YouTube much on edge because it's slow, but I would say that I got moneys worth.

In response to the overage charges, you do get charged for going over but it caps out at around 10 bucks. The exact amount is on tmobiles website.
