Winterboard + Tmobile Problem

I'm on t-mobie and I do have signal. I downloaded winterboard and some themes off Cydia(updated), and I have noticed I can't recieve any phone calls or text messages, however, I can send them and call. My friends told me that they have been calling and texting me all day and I haven't received any calls, missed calls, or any of the messages. Any solutions? Thanks!

i doubt winterboard is the cause, but have you tried removing it?
