To still get T-Zones 5.99 read this!!!

I just got off the phone with t-mobile 9:34pm 12/04/08, and i got the t-zone 5.99 deal. Here is what you need to do. Get a older flip phone, or anyone that has the t-zone icon on the menu screen, write the imei# off the back of the phone inside the battery case, now put your sim card in that phone and change your phone on the t-mobile website. Now call them from the flip phone and ask for the 5.99 t-zone deal, but tell them your phone has the t-zone icon and thats what you want. It took me 3 different times with 3 different reps for it to work, and i now have it! The t-zone deal did not go away they will always have it, because people with the older flip phones need that deal for it to work. What ever you do dont let them talk you into anything else. Once you get it check on t-mobile website under your account it should not say T-MobileWeb 5.99, which is the same as t-zones!!!

Ok so I got a rizr and it does have the tzones icon right on it and I want to use my iphone so just call them and order tzones for the rizr and then switch the sim card right..

It doesn't matter if you're an old or new customer, they don't offer the $5.99 T-zones. You can play dumb and say I have this T-zone icon on my phone I want to add this $5.99... Unfortunately, every time I called it never worked..

I promise you it worked, you just have to get the right person, I am not an old customer, and it worked for me. Just keep trying i promise it will work!

its all about the right person but most are going to try and sell you the 10 buck mobile web plan. you need to also make sure you change your phone to some crap one on the my.tmobile.com site as well

yeah i got some. tell them you already had it on your plan and that the last representative removed it assuming you just got the 10 dollar one now. tell them your PISSED and want it back. hahaha.i had a friend that tried that and he got results. he was like demanding to speak to a manager and all this crap. if it doesnt work.....call in again.

^^^^cuz its not the unlimited tzones one. if you get them to add the 5.99 one its the same exact thing as having the 19.99 one. thats why everyone wants it so bad...it saves them 14 a month. if you get the 10 or 20 buck one just switch your apn settings to the epc.tmobile.com....no hacks needed. if you have tzones....you still use the hack for now. some people do some people dont. i personally use it just for safety and im working fine. so if you get the 9.99 web2go just add your apn and the next morning you should be up and running

I called in talked to the guy and was just really laid back. Just told him that I called back in august and had it added but i was looking at my plan and it is not on there. He put me on hold for a minute and it was done.

My roommate needed a black berry so I ordered one for him on and extended my contract just to reward the guy cause he was able to do it.

His name was Tex and was a pretty cool guy.

ok.. did you ever have t-zone before? i was thinking of using an old samsung flip phone model with t-zone off the net so when i call i could tell them im using that. i would do what you did but ive called a couple times already and wont they hear my recordings?

I have never had tzones before, until i discovered the iphone i was a smart phone hater.

I used to work at a lower class(lower then tmoblie) call center and we had call logging so i am sure they have it.

I called tmobile not so long ago, and i told them that i had tzone but have accidentally removed it. and the guy told me he couldnt do anything about it because they didnt have the option of adding tzone anymore ...
