what is the average amount of data usage per month? because i may get the 100mb plan by tmobile and if that is too low then does the sidekick plan work on the iphone? what are you guys that dont have the tzones plan gonna do now?

i have the tzone hack and it works fine but before i switched to this plan i had the sidekick plan and it worked fine, i have also read on here somewhere that a couple other people are/were using that plan as well. good luck

Yup Yup. all the guy did was mark it as a mistake on thier end saying i purchased it but it was never put through. just convince them to do it...just do it soon before they cant do that anymore. good luck

i have a sidekick plan and

i set my apn to epc.tmobile.com

but when i use safari is loads the tmobile page offering me a 34 dollar unlimted plan!

i personally dont know how to do it but i do know of the users here that do. they get on later in the day. i will ask them when they get on. im sure some user here knows how to do it. wish i could help more. oh and your not an idiot. even i skip over stuff at times.

i currently have an ipod and i know what its like to be stuck to wifi. i get my iphone next week i think. i have the 5.99 plan though so im not sure about the sidekick one. the big guys around here dont get on for another few hours and when they do ill ask them about it. i just know it can be done. what i dont know is how with the recent switch in data plans. i really wish i knew more to help you out

yep my speeds are good . 9 min YouTube vid loaded in about 45 seconds and played thru without stopping on edge . I'm on the 5.99 plan with the epc apn I hope it realy stays the way it was. I know technicalt the 5.99 plan isn't supposed to be unlimited full data tho that's what we've been getting out of it all this time . I hope that doesn't change . I'd have a heart attack if I got a huge bill for data usage by the mb after a certain amount cause I can easily do atleast a gig a day in data transfer

Yea, thats why i cruised the tmobile sectiion. I just bought my gf an iphone because she liked mine so much, and i kept telling her about the $6 internet she could drop to and to take the sidekick plan off her phone. But now, we're @$$ed out. My father just bought a G1 and there was a TZones hack for that too, but they wouldnt let him add it, saying that there is a $10 TZones plan. So I'm donig the research. but if someone has that sidekick APN, it wuold be appreciated, but i heard that you had to change the IMEI [which is illegal] to get the sidekick plan to wrk
