Hey all,

I just upgraded to to a 3G iphone (im with AT&T) my GF is on Tmobile. I gave her my unlocked iphone 1st gen, she already has a data plan with tmobile but whenever i try to access theinternet from her phone is says "cannot activate the cellular edge network" How do i get around this? Is there a walk through of what i need to do? Any help would be appreciated.

OS is 2.0.. Is there a windows GUI that can jailbreak and unlock it to 2.1 and still work with tmobile? If so can u link me? Thanks

ok, as far as the first gen iphone, make sure that the you have : epc.tmobile.com as an apn no user name and password,

to jailbreak it to 2.1, just follow this guide
