do I get any internet on a prepaid???

Hi guys, I've been looking at the posts and it seems to me that only people on a plan can have the 5.99 internet. I called to T-mobile today and they don't even want to give me any settings for internet since prepaid doesn't access to anything. However, I know that you can access a few websites for free.

Can someone point out how to make the internet work on my iphone if possible?
