At the very top of this page you will see a blue line going across the page... right underneath you will find a "W Guides" - click on that and you will find a number of guides that will walk you through what ever you need to do to upgrade.
Well, it's no longer a blue line, now it's a gray bar - and the forth word from the left says "Guides," that's your ticket to answering most if not all of your questions.
