epc.tmobile.com decided to crap out on me today, but once I swapped my sim card into a t-mobile G1 and back it worked fine.

I don't think you'll get extra charges, but I can see that the usage is being monitored by Tmobile when you use the epc APN. Log on to your TMO account and click on the "See details of current usage" in the Bill Summary Page. There is a drop down menu in the middle of the page, click "Data Service Charges". If you are using epc, there are some numbers on the bottom that looks like some pages of your usage but nothing appears if you click it. I was not seeing that when I was using the Tzones hack.

I've received a bill after using epc.tmobile.com for a month and did not see any extra charges. I'm on the $5.99 TZones plan.

does anyone know if I use the sidekick plan in a unlocked iphone and use this epc.tmobile.com APN will it charge me extra? or will it be covered in my data plan. Please post as soon as possible if you guys can, lol =]

so is that a no? Sorry I didn't undertand your answer. Are you saying if I went from my sidekick plan to a Iphone it won't work with the epc.tmobile.com APN? But if it does work, do you know if I will be charged extra? Or will my current sidekick plan cover it.
