aim on EDGE

I downloaded the aim app off the itunes store. My buddy list will not pop up and it says that I need a Internet connection. My EDGE is working fine (internet2.voicestream.com), but aim will not work.

Can anyone recommend any apps that will allow me to use aim?

your paying 19.99 data plan right?
if so uninstall any t-mobile hacks..
reset network and it will restart then when it boots back up..do a hard reboot just to make sure thats what i do to make sure its a clean remove/reset ... then go to your network settings and put the ''internet2.voicestream.com''
