No EDGE or 3G symbol!!!

I use a Gevey 3G turbo sim. I do not have the tzones 2.0 hack installed from cydia...I have tried entering into APN settings : EPC.TMOBILE.COM AND ALSO WAP.VOICESTREAM.COM. Neither of these are working! Do i need to install tzones hack from cydia? or how can i egt this to work? PLZ HELP!

same problem......tzones was working fine for so long but now the edge symbol doesnt even show..ive tried everything

same thing happened to me It was working fine and then icon disappeared and no edge anymore. I had to totally wipe phone and use the fix on it and reupgrade to get it restored. It lasted for a long time then once again out of the blue it was working then it just vanished again and have to use wifi now.

The temporary fix to make your edge turn on without having to reformat your phone is:

you have to put your sim card into a regular tmobile phone, for some reason once you put your sim card back into ur iPhone...edge will be back on again.
