Switching to T-Mobile

I was wondering if I could buy an iPhone for $199 + tax + $36 activation fee, and cancel the account the next day buy paying $175 ETF, will i still have to pay the first month bill?

I read in the AT&T terms and services that you are allowed to cancel with in the first 3 days and they will give you a full refund, but this is only if you return the phone.

All I am asking is, if I cancel the account in the first 3 days with out returning the phone, do I have to pay the first month bill?

I am betting you will. If you look around you could probably buy an 8gb 3g for around $450 saving the trouble. I have seen some here and there on craigslist/ebay. Mostly go for more...but I have seen a few.
