I have the i-smart sim card with the 3g and the sidekick addition with the 2.1 soft unlock by Quickpwn 2.1 via windows.. VPN is epc.tmobile.com

Issue is that I can use all my feature's besides app store, youtube and the app store downloaded apps such as facebook or AIM.. When I try to use them its says " Cellular data or wifi required" but i can suft the web and check emails but no other apps or youtube.

Is there anyone else this has happen to and is there a solution for this?

Perhaps because it's documented in the iPhone User Guide, on page 20?

It means you don't have 3G or even EDGE connectivity, and the radio is falling back to the older, slower GPRS technology.

This may be a result of your hacking, or because you don't have a data plan, or because you are not in range of a 3G or EDGE antenna.
