delayed text messages

did anyone else have this problem when they first got their iphones or still do have this problem?

i'm running on an iphone 3G with a sim adapter for tmobile. my texts are sometimes delayed anywhere from 40min to about 4 hours. and they all come in at once sometimes. is it the phone? or maybe it's just tmobile?

I think it's definatly tmobile. I've had this problem with every phone I've had and every friend I know, iPhone or not, has this problem when they use tmobile. Just something I have to deal with for the lower prices I guess
