the new swirly mms for tmobile unlocked iphones

has anyone else tried this out? i'm stoked that it's out but i can't get any of the mms' to go through.

i keep getting an error saying incorrect mmsc settings.

i called tmobile to verify that all my settings were correct and for some reason it's still not working.

lemme know if any has gotten it to work and what i should try out.

Working Perfect for me. I did need to restart the phone after applying the settings.

Works for me too, uses the voicemail tone when a MMS arrives.

weird. i def have the same settings that you guys are using but i'm still not getting any messages to go through just to try it out. i've been waiting for this to come out forever.

i'm not sure what to do from here.

make sure that everything is in lowercase. the capital "H" in "http" needs to be in lowercase and the apn needs to read wap.voicestream.com not Wap.voicestream.com. then reboot and you should be good. it may work now but you will most likely encounter problems in the future

the 050 in the proxy was the trick,not just 50

i can not get this to work im using
2G 8G iPhone firmware 2.1 with 5.99 t-zones internet using the epc.tmobile.com apn

i put in these Swirly MMS settings:
mmsc: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxy: 216.155.165.050:8080
apn: wap.voicestream.com

AND RESTARTED NOTHING WORKS...can someone point me in the right direction please thanks in advance

rodknnee: remove the http:// from the mmsc entry. Also what is your User Agent set to? Mine is motorla.

My Wife replies to me all the time....



Just have to get all the right info in there...mine works perfectly..and I'm using the t-zones hack



dont forget to download your demo license...it doesnt work unless you do...just hit demo on the info page to get it

Hi this is dave . I tryed it last night could not get it to work. But this morning it started and I didnt change any settings. Used the ones on the swirly site. Not sure if it just took over night for the setting to take place.

you may need to call tmobile and have them reset your mms flag if you have ever tried to send an mms or receive one with your iphone it messes up the system and needs to be reset.
call 611 its free!!

is it possible to use epc.tmobile.com with swirly mms? because on the website it says to use wap.voicestream.com which i use now and it works great but i want to use the new apn to use youtube. can anyone confirm this?

Hi this is dave heres what I found out atleast on t-mobile. My wife and daughters iphones were not working with swirly mms and mine was. I went into cydia and downloaded the boss prefs app . Open it up , it has edge and wifi setting . edge must be on. As soon as I turn edge on there swirly mms started working.
