PLEASE EXPLAIN EDGE SPEED on T-ZONES!!!!!

I have read so may different comments throughout this site, could I please get some clear understanding as to:

1) The average speed of EDGE on T-Zones (I average 50 mbps download)

2) What effects the difference in speeds? (I see some stating over 100 kbps)

3) Is there anything that can be done to increase speed?

4) Is it the same as the speed on the $19.99 plan or not?

when i use to use the hack i get about 50kbps to 80/90kbps..

i got the 19.99 plan now and i get 150/243kbps..i test that with everything all cleared up too..i get very good edge speeds were i live

$5.99 tzones here, 155kbps last night. Seems faster with the 25.x.x.x IP range; not sure how much the 10.x.x.x NAT was slowing it down.
