Just bought iphone...No Service?!?!

I just bought an iPhone from ebay...unlocked/jailbroken. It has Cydia installed. Version 1.1.4 I get wifi, but no phone service. Either I have no bars, or it says No Service. I also tried ziphone, still no help (and no YouTube either). Any suggestions?

See if your sim works in another phone first, if not try restoring

restore then use pwnage or winpwn to jailbreak 2.0.1 then try it again

Download Pwnage tool -- upgrade it to 2.2 (NOT 2.2.1) then you should be okay...afterwards you can got to 2.2.1 and Quickpwn.

it doesnt matter if you upgrade to 2.2.1 you have a 2g

but the first thing you need to do is upgrade

1.1.4 is soo old

Restore , upgrade to latest and quickpwn it .It should fix it .
