i get this error message for installer app on my unlock iphone??

so i got this unlocked iphone yesterday this guy like unlocked it for me when i bought it and like it had the app installer icon on it so i was trying to get some programs through wifi and it said 1.1.4 has its own t-zone patch. Look for that instead. and like it did that for every program. help me ? dont wanna pay somebody to unlock it again? thank you for your help. oh and i have 04.04.05_G version or something and 1.1.4 firmware. thats what it says in about. so yeah. thanks
