I really don't think iphonespeedtest.com gives very good results.
The most accurate speedtest for mobilr phones appears to be http://www.dslreports.com/mspeedHe who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

what APN are you guys using for EDGE T-Zones? epc.tmobile.com or wap.voicestream.com?

I usually get about 60 kbps with epc. When I had the smartphone unlimited plan with internet2 apn, i was getting speeds of about 125 kbps. I'm in the LA area and I use the speedtest.net app available for free in the app store.

I didn't realise speedtest had an app for the iPhone

I get poor reception at home so I only got 145kbs upload and my download speed was only 724kbs.
I'll have to try where I have better reception. He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

I went to the Apple Store yesterday to compare their AT&T 3G to my T-Mobile EDGE. I got about 350kbps for mine and 250kbps on theirs. Both phones had full bars. LOL.

How did you get the links to your iPhone results?
Your WiFi is reasonable - My best is 7971 down and 705 up (but I'm only getting about 12Mb on my laptop today - normally I get about 16Mb on my laptop and the full 20Mb on my wired connection)
I went somewhere with full 3G reception and got 1200kbs this afternoon. He who asks a question looks foolish for 5 minutes. He who doesn't ask a question remains foolish forever.

Hello any of you guys edge speeds decreasing when traveling on the highway at about 65mph? My speeds are about 30-35 kbps when I'm on the highway. But when I'm at home or at work the speeds are about 150-160 kbps. Is it normal to dip that low when traveling on the highway or do I have a defected phone? Anyone else having similar issues? Thank you

Mobile data speeds will vary depending on where you are and would certainly dip if you are moving.
