    Default Youmail

I am having some issues trying to set up youmail. When I try to set it to forward my voicemails to youmail, I get an error message that pops up and says "error performing request no network service". I have full bars! What's going on?

Question Do you have a prepaid or flex-pay plan?

I've been using YouMail forever and I love it, however, last February or March my calls weren't being forwarded anymore, they were just getting dropped. I called T-Mobile customer service and they told me that the reason was that flex-pay plans don't support conditional call forwarding anymore. That's the kind of forwarding that YouMail uses so that you have a chance to answer your phone before it gets forwarded. Prepaid plans don't have that feature either. If you have a prepaid or flex-pay plan that would be the reason that you can't finish the setup.

P.S. I love my YouMail (and T-Mobile) enough that I got a post-paid account, totally worth it!

I'm having this problem too, and I thought intially it was due to my bad service in my house, but i've tried it numerous times, even when I've had full bars, and it will not work, it just keeps popping up with that same message. I don't have a prepaid or flex-plan, so I can't figure out what is going wrong. Let me know what you find out.
