Help with apn setting in 1.1.1

I have an iphone ver 1.1.1 unlock with tmobile. The apn setting keep reseting itself everytime the phone is turn off and back on. Is this a bug with the new firmware or is there a fix for it?

I have the same problem too. Restored 1.1.1 and the problem still exists. Maybe this is one answer from Apple to inconvenience unlocked phone's users!
