I have been having a problem with my edge and im not sure if the fact taht it could take up to 72 hour to activate since i switched over from the sidekick data plan or what. But what i really wanted to know was when you guys call tmobile do u tell them you have an iphone or do u tell them you have some other phone. does tmobile care? Also are they able to help you in any way?

did they fix whatever problems you had...or was it im sorry we dont have anyone that is knowledgable about iphones?

You basically have to assume that they have no resources to provide you support for a phone that they don't support. No are they obligated. Most would likely think it's cool, but use them only for info on your account. How your phone works is your problem as long as they are doing their job providing service.
