MacBook pro 2011 is too slow and battery dies really fast

Ok so I have 15" 2.2ghz 2011 mbp and it is really slow even after update, I have to constantly reboot it to get it working well for some time. Also it can only work 1 hr and 20 mins from fully charged battery doing only web browsing. Also even finder freezes a lot when i scroll through files, window updates once per second. Although if I open a lot of apps they work as slow as it was only 1 app open. Am I doing something wrong or theres something wrong with the computer?

If you can, try backing up your files and do a format. If that fails, I'd say maybe your HD is die'ing, but for sure if reformatting doesn't work it's something with the computer, bring it to a Apple store, they'll fix it.
