Unhappy Macbook Pro 10.6.6 wont restore any iPhone
I was having a hard time restoring a 3GS and doing research I went ahead and erased the gs.apple.com lines at the Hosts files. It did work. But after restoring and unlocking that iPhone, all iPhone 3G's I have tried to restore went to recovery mode and after that return error 1600 every time I try to restore to either stock or pwnage cooked firmware, and all iPhone 3GS's I have restored return error 1600 as well. I have tried:
    stock 3.1.3
    stock 4.1
    stock.4.2.1
    Pwnage 4.1
    Pwnage 4.2.1
    TinyUmbrella exit recovery.
    RecBoot exit recovery.

    Nothin works !!
Is there any way to repair whatever is messed up in my computer? I work unlocking iPhones but I have no idea whats going on!
Please guys help me out !! PLEASE.

It isn't your Mac. It's iTunes. Try reinstalling your iTunes.

Delete the iTunes application and empty the Trash. Then reinstall it. No, you will not lose your music and movies. If you are worried about it, make a backup of your files.
