    Default Microsoft Powerpoint 2008
    Does anyone experience type lag with powerpoint? I don't get lag when I start a new one. When I open a powerpoint (ppt) file with about 50 slides I get type lag. It gets really bad when I start typing stuff in outline mode. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Anything microsoft office lags. the entire 2008 office is so bloated it could be beaten by opening office 2004 on a g3 machine. If it werent for the unfortunate microsoft developers that decided to once again introduce a docX format to screw everything up and make compatibility impossible I'd still run 2004.
