Well I took the dive .. bought myself a new Apple MAC Mini with the latest OSX 10.6.6 Snow Leopard .. so now I'm in learning mode for a completely new system.
With Windows, I always used a program called WinSCP for accessing my iPhone through openSSH .. so, now that I have a MAC .. what program do I use for this thing LOL

Yes .. very quick learner, have been like this all my life. Problem I have is that my last Apple computer was the old Apple //e .. when IBM came out, I have been on that ever since .. always Microsoft.
So .. let's see if anyone can remember when the first Apple //e came out ? LOL thats how long its been since I have touched an Apple. Much more to learn, I do have a little background in Linux and Unix .. so this shouldn't be to hard to figure out

The whole concept of SSH confuses me, wouldn't it be easier to just use a program like DiskAid or iPhoneExplorer?

Yes, DiskAid and iPhone Explorer is easier than SSH, but SSH can be used over local internet unlike DiskAid and iPhone Explorer.Asking for help is different from being stupid. Fanboys can rot in @#$%!
