    Default Animated .png files?

    is it possible to have a png file animated? for instance a moving Carrier logo? like an ATT logo spinning or That packman guy chomping at the dots???

    its currently in development and when fully functional hopefully it will ported to iphones

    Try a .gif file. Not sure it would show on the iPod touch or iPhone as an icon

    Yeah, I looked into this months back. The iPhone won't display any firmware images other than PNG's and right now they don't have the ability to be animated. I doubt we will see this on our phones, but I could be wrong.
