Nice work. Im having some trouble understanding the instructions in the .PSD file though. I have lined up my 320x480 image and erased the portion under the SMS and Cal icons. I want to use the dock, so I need to save it. Theres the confusion...save what? There are a lot of layers on that PSD. I have hidden all layers except my new image, do I need to have anything else visible?
Do I crop to 320x480 or I read you have to add black top and sides...to where?
Please help. Thanks

This actually sounds like a hell of alot of work. How does Summerboard do it?
