Awesome work guys! Loring... pm me. Oh hey, and Loring, do you have a .psd template we can toss up? I was gonna make one, but it looks like you have it dialed in...

Ya I can get a psd for you all! The problem is matching up the dock. Ill get 2 files for you all. I wish I could do it now btu the wife and I are headed out with some friends.. Oh and.. The files are on my design computer at work =(
Ill get them though and thanks to EVERYONE for the help!
The newest copy is in the downloads with the dock and everything. You can install it just like my icon tutorial with the acception of adding the dock too.
Im sure some of you creative people can just copy over my kit =)
Oh.. just watch the overlaps. For some reason I had to overlap files on the crops to make them align right. If you take all my pngs and jigsaw them together in ps you will see what I mean!

Also, would love a psd template...can't really figure out how to begin without one. Thanks all for your hard work, these look great!

it seems if you make a png in 150 dpi at the correct pixelsize it displays better.
also i have an idea for making a bg image without modding your actual application icons. ill let you know tomm when i finish if it works. im thinking it will

Here's mine, I just used the icon-Photos.png as the entire background. I just have to do some minor tweaking and input a couple text lines and thats it. Its easier just having to adjust the single png by itself...

Wouldnt it be easier to make a template, (IF Im understanding this correctly) To make a background where all the buttons go, with a hole the size of the icons?
So basically, you could make a background with buttons and all, and then cut each button out and save them as icon.png. If Im way off track, I apologize if i threw anyone off track.

Your on track. I will have one made sometime today, so all you will have to do is drag and drop your pic of choice.
