It's probably not the appropriate section for iPod related skinning, but I'm scared of the General section. I'm guessing the various images are in a system partion, anyone know how to access them?

Go to www.ipodwizard.net and download the program. It allows you to change all the graphics on the iPod. Its actually pretty easy to use but make sure you check the forums for tips and tricks and some nice custom graphics.
