Realistically there aren't any WB themes ready for iOS 7 because WB hasn't even been updated for iOS 7 yet! All you can use WB for is icons right now.
Widget-Weather App Now Available! Also with MyLocation Support!
Check out the thread here - Widget-Weather
To install the Widget-Weather app, just go to Cydia and install. This will also remove MyLocation, as it is built in!
Want to protect your JailBreak! Add this repo http://cydia.myrepospace.com/iLEXiNFO/ & Install "iLEX R.A.T."
It will allow you to bring your phone back to a fresh jailbroken state!

This actually is not accurate. Winterboard is perfectly compatible with MOST devices running iOS 7. It is only unsupported on 64-bit devices (5s, iPad Air, an mini retina).

It is worth noting however, that most themes have not been updated for iOS 7, yet. That is up to the developer of the individual theme though, not a Winterboard issue.

    Hope this helps clarify 😉

I wouldn't call not being able to theme UI or display any html content as perfectly compatible. And I'm sure that's just the tip of the iceberg as far as things broken in winterboard on iOS 7. True, winterboard themes will need to be updated too, but winterboard itself definitely requires an update.

Just because u can install WB version 0.9.3911 doesn't mean it's "perfectly compatible" at all...more like its able to be installed for cowboy type themeing...

You are running a iOS6 build of WB that manages to theme the icons only for iOS7.

It was NEVER destined to theme iOS7 in its current build. Saurik is working on that update as we all know.

Jato and Simon are correct. I should've been more clear in my reply. Sorry all 🙊

At any rate, if you're not into doing a bunch of work in iFile for older icon sets, 0bscure 7 is out on Cydia today. The Student has a lot of very nice icons included.

If you haven't heard, Eldwin updated iWidgets yesterday, so we're another step closer with that. So far all of the old widget seem to work very well on iOS 7. I'm not on a 64-bit device though, so I can't speak for anyone running on an A7.
