Thread: Help finding notification icons

Default Help finding notification icons tweak
Please help here, I had to reload a custom IPSW on my phone and lost some tweaks. This is on a 3GS on iOS 5.1.1

The tweak I'm looking for is to place notification icons in the status bar - icons include mute, mail, message etc. I've included a screenshot showing the message icon. Can someone help to identify which tweak I need? I've checked OpenNotifier and a few others but they don't do the job

is IntelliscreenX among the few other tweaks you've tried ?

OpenNotifier does what you describe for me.

I've never used IntelliscreenX so it wasn't that. I didn't have too many tweaks going and I don't remember explicitly installing a tweak for status bar notifications so it may be part of some other app/package I installed. I just remember seeing the icons and being impressed with the functionality

You're right about OpenNotifier - I tested it again and discovered I had to activate the various functions before it displayed anything in the status bar. So yes, it does the job but it's not the tweak I had. I didn't have to activate anything with the original tweak, it just worked.

If it helps any, the notification icons on the original tweak were all white, OpenNotifier has some colored icons.

    These can be WinterBoard themed.

Thanks a lot for your assistance, I'll keep looking. I also used OpenBackup (just remembered this) so I'm going to try to restore from that and see what I get.....

I restored with OpenBackup but got some errors so I started from scratch again. Still looking for that original tweak.....

It is known that these restore from backup apps/tweaks tend to reproduce issues there previously were, as conflicts persist.
