    Not sure on the theme but shouldn't be too hard to make something like that in PS.

    The script or Info.plist is not a major if you have other Info.plists.

    Copy one of those to a new theme setup and you would need to play around with the exact specifics until you were happy.

    Something like this as an example

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
    <plist version="1.0">
    <dict>
    <key>BadgeStyle</key>
    <string>
    color: #222222;
    font-style: normal;
    font-weight: lighter;
    text-shadow: 0px 0px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
    </string>
    </dict>
    </plist>

    See how u go.
