    MTZ means 'MIUI Theme Zip'.

You can't install the MIUI theme in iPhone.

Because MIUI based on CM and using own framework, most of all... it is an android.

I know all of that, but there is ways obviously of turning it into a bundle for the iPhone. Which is what I have been doing for an hour or so. Changing the size of the icons, and the names to the specific ones via a bundle website.
