Look at these files in YourTheme/
"com.apple.TelephonyUI" Folder
BarBottomLock@2x~iphone.png
BarLCD@2x~iphone.png
[email protected]
They are most likely Transparent versions.

The files for those images are transparent in your theme. You can use iFile and navigate to var/stash/themes/<theme_name>/Bundles/com.apple.TelephonyUI and rename them or just rename the com.apple.TelephonyUI directory. That may screw up any custom sliders for your theme tho.
