Can anyone guide me through the process of using Winterboard to replace icons while avoiding shadows? Here's a screenshot of my homescreen that highlights the problem I'm experiencing. Any help

    That black outlining see around the icons is due to the AppIconMask@2x~iphone.png located in the MobileIcons framework. /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks.

    Basically what's happening is your images - did you make them smaller than 114x114? And the gap from the AppIconMask and your smaller images is made black. Best to make your icons 114x114.

    My thoughts are have a read of a basic 6X thread that I have compiled in conjunction with MMi members that goes into theme specifics
