Remove Slide to Unlock & lockinfo status icons

Hi guys,
I have 2 questions for you please:
1. How do I remove "Slide to unlock" text,bar & back? I dont to see it at all. is it possible?
2. I just installed Lockinfo (iPhone 4s, iOS 6.1) and the icons on the status bar are not shown (For example:silent mode, missed call) is there a way for fixing this?

I found one solution for the 2nd question of mine.
need to download "libstatusbar" and it will solve the problam.

Can anyone assist with the 1st question please...

There is an App called "NoLockScreen" which removes it entirely, don't know if this is what you are looking for. I replaced it with "Stride". There's another one called "No Slider", but don't know how it works
