Set up slanted lock without config.html

Hi,
I am trying to use slanted lock on my iPhone 4 on iOS 6. It hasn't been working, but I have managed to isolate the problem to the config file not storing the details after respring.

I would be grateful if anyone could help me set it up without the config file so that I can use it.
