Iv'e found this icon on DA and the developer didn't post a download link.. but he gave this pic

Can someone make me an icon out of this?
And if you could mask it as an Ayecon theme mask it would be perfect!

Could be an issue, if you notice that image is copyrighted.

But he meant to release it .. just quit the project for some reason... can't you just make an icon out of it? he meant to post it either way..
