Loading Wallpaper with bar

Ive searched for this but either Im not wording it right or Im blind so please if this is discussed somewhere forgive me.

Anywho, is there the ability or a tweak that when an app is loading and you get your themes loading wallpaper to have a loading bar on that wallpaper?

Kinda like this:


I want to try and add something like that to the boss.ios theme.
