It works just like a regular theme basically.

I took this directly off his site, if you want to know more here's the article: iPhone Theming on WinterBoard - Jay Freeman (saurik)

The icons used for webclips are stored in a separate folder, one for each link created.

    Use iFile and go to

    /var/mobile/Library/WebClips/

There you will find a number of folders like this :

    49DF044F11234762B185F81458C99AE3.webclip
    56050F1DD3CB4D98B070D86CE2A6B18D.webclip

    etc.

In each folder you will find 2 files. One is info.plist which describes what the link is. Use
    plist editor to view them.

The other file is an icon.png which is the icon used by that webclip shortcut.

Put your own icon here and it will show up after a respring.

I know how to do it. I just did it myself. Im assuming you are in 5.0 or 5.1.1. So all you need is the AppIconMask, AppIconShadow, And AppIconOverlay and put it in MobileIcons.framework in the Folders section of your theme. It themes the app store icons and it also themes the webclips(Well it did it for me)..

You can make your own mask, shadow, and overlay which i did or you can find them anywhere on the internet.
