    Any suggestions for a black theme? I mean not just the icons but the window background as well.

    like if I go to settings, instead of black text on a white background, it'll be the reverse.

    Save the attached image to you photo apps, then set it as your background. Then go into winterboard and select "white icon labels" and "Transparent Dock".

    To make your icons invisible you'll need a transparent icon mask. A program on Cydia named Masks should do the trick. Download at your own risk, though
