    Ok here is a tutorial.

Download this file that I have made. ( it includes the images needed for theming the switch.) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18948707/IOS...heme%20kit.zip

    1. Remember to keep these files the same but they do need to be in the theme. (UISwitchOnColorMask@2x, UISwitchOnColorMask@2x~iphone, UISwitchShapeFill@2x, UISwitchShapeMask@2x)
    2. These files can be changed. these images will be the track to your switch. (UISwitchShapeShadow@2x, UISwitchShapeShadow@2x~iphone) the reason that they say on and off is because they are applied over the top of the old blue/white/orange colored track that says on and off on them. you can remove the on/off text from the switch if you want but it does get confusing.
    3. These files can also be changed. these images will be the knob of your switch. (UISwitchThumb@2x, UISwitchThumbPressed@2x)
    4. Just remember to not re-size any on the images when using Photoshop or whatever image editing program that you have or the switch will not look right.

its not much of a tutorial but im sure it will be very helpful
