You need to go into ifile, or whatever you use, and change the owner from root to mobile!

Could you give me an example of where that would be in ifile please?

Go into library>dreamboard, find your theme. Then tap on the blue arrow on the right side, scroll down until you see owner, touch and change to mobile !

Thanks for the directions. But it seems as though it was already set on mobile. If it is, then my app locations should stay when I respring or reboot right?

Make sure both ownerships say mobile, and then yes, what you modify should stay!
